Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing all your ingredients for the turkey stuffing balls to room temperature. If you’re using leftover mashed potatoes, warm them slightly in the microwave to make mixing easier. If your stuffing is too dry, moisten it with a little broth to ensure a flavorful bite.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warmed mashed potatoes and the leftover stuffing. Gently fold in the shredded turkey and add black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-combined.
  3. Using your hands, portion out the mixture and shape it into golf ball-sized spheres. You should be able to create about 12 balls from the mixture.
  4. Decide if you prefer baked or pan-fried turkey stuffing balls. For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes. For frying, roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs and fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Once cooked, remove the turkey stuffing balls from the oven or pan and serve them immediately. Drizzle generously with hot gravy.
