Method
 

Preparation Steps

  3. Slice the sushi-grade raw salmon into small, bite-sized pieces. Toss with sriracha until well-coated.
  4. Assemble by placing a piece of spicy salmon on top of each rice bite, followed by a slice of avocado.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each rice bite and serve immediately or chill briefly.
