Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spread a generous layer of butter on the outer sides of two slices of bread.
  2. On one slice, layer cheese, then drizzle pizza sauce, add toppings, and top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Heat skillet over medium and cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve with extra pizza sauce.
