  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard or yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley for garnish
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Remoulade Sauce or tartare sauce

  3. Sauté Shallots and Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet and cook shallots until translucent, then add garlic.
  4. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mix salmon, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, shallots, garlic, Old Bay, and mustard.
  5. Form Croquettes: Shape the mixture into oval croquettes, ensuring they hold together.
  6. Pan Fry Croquettes: Heat oil in skillet and fry croquettes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Serve Croquettes: Drain on paper towels, season with salt, garnish with parsley, and serve with remoulade.
