Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow about 10 minutes for it to reach the desired temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Use your hands to take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form it into small round patties.
  4. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
