For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice Lemon zest can enhance flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley Can substitute with basil or chives.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Lightly pound chicken breasts to a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
  3. Create breading assembly line with flour mixture in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumb and cheese mixture in the third.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet until shimmering, about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Sear chicken in hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until chicke reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  9. Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  10. Remove chicken from oven, drizzle with garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy.
