  4. Press a walnut half into the cheese filling of each date.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed dates on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake the stuffed dates for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with finely chopped fresh mint before serving.
