For Serving
  • 1 cup Sour Cream for dipping
  • 1 cup Salsa optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Warm corn tortillas on a damp paper towel in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto one side of a softened tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the taquitos with olive oil for a golden, crispy exterior.
