  2. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  3. Fold in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle in paprika or cayenne pepper if desired. The mixture should be thick and homogenous.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the parchment and space them apart.
  5. Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon or spatula to form thin circles about ¼ inch thick.
