- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese with 2 egg whites. Blend until smooth.
- Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Fold in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle in paprika or cayenne pepper if desired. The mixture should be thick and homogenous.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the parchment and space them apart.
- Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon or spatula to form thin circles about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and firm. Watch carefully as baking times may vary.
- Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
