Cooking Instructions

  2. Combine chicken wings with baking powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Lay the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring space in between.
  4. Bake the wings in the oven for 25 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl to create the glaze.
  6. Once baked, toss the crispy wings in the warm glaze until evenly coated.
  7. Spread the glazed wings back onto the wire rack and bake for another 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnishing with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
