- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pork rinds, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the prepared sheet, shaping it into a 10-inch circle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden-brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven. If desired, brush a light layer of olive oil over the top. Add your favorite toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
