Cooking Instructions

  2. Prepare Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet over low heat or microwave them for 10 seconds per side until pliable.
  3. Assemble Taquitos: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto a warm tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush each taquito with olive oil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly and serve hot with salsa or guacamole.
