Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice mozzarella into rounds, then dip each into flour, followed by the egg wash, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Freeze breaded mozzarella pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the marinara sauce by sautéing minced garlic in olive oil, then adding tomato puree, salt, onion powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
