- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
- Drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them an inch apart. Flatten into circles about ½-inch thick.
