  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F or oven to 400°F. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, toss with oil and salt.
  2. In air fryer, cook sprouts for 6 minutes, shake basket, then air fry for additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. For oven, spread sprouts on a baking sheet, bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  5. In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté ginger for 1 minute. Add sauce mixture, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer cooked Brussels sprouts to a bowl, pour sauce over, and toss gently to coat.
  7. Optional: Return sauced sprouts to air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 400°F to caramelize.
