  • 8 oz Farfalle Pasta Can be swapped with penne or rotini
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can use avocado or canola oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt Can omit or replace with salt substitute
For the Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Can replace with nutritional yeast for dairy-free option
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic works too
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be used but should be cooked
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil Can substitute with Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika Regular paprika or chili powder can be used
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper Adjust to your spicy preference

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook farfalle pasta in boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a small bowl, blend together garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  5. Add black pepper, half of grated Parmesan, dried basil, and seasoning mix to the pasta. Toss to combine.
  6. Transfer the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket, arranging in a single layer.
  7. Air fry the pasta for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remind to sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top while still hot before serving.
