- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, ideally 1 inch wide, and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Allow marinating for a few minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Lay out each tortilla flat, layer spinach leaves, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with chicken strips. Roll tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil, place seam-side down in the basket, and air fry at the same temperature for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Remove wraps from the air fryer, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve immediately with ranch dressing or dipping sauce.
