For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts skinless, boneless
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas or gluten-free if needed
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or cheddar if preferred
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing optional

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, ideally 1 inch wide, and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Allow marinating for a few minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Lay out each tortilla flat, layer spinach leaves, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with chicken strips. Roll tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil, place seam-side down in the basket, and air fry at the same temperature for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove wraps from the air fryer, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve immediately with ranch dressing or dipping sauce.
