  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese can use dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup Milk almond milk or non-dairy milk recommended
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil or dried basil in a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 12 pieces, shape them into balls, and coat with olive oil. Arrange around a bowl in the skillet.
  3. Cover the skillet with a towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
  4. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, milk, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  5. Fill the bowl in the skillet with the dip mixture and bake for 28-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Mix melted butter with Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, and salt. Brush over the garlic knots and serve.
