  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Optional Additions
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions for garnish
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese optional topping

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth to cover them.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs over the chicken.
  3. Cut cream cheese into smaller cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover the slow cooker securely with the lid.
  5. Set slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  7. Adjust seasoning and stir in chopped green onions or sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
