Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Place the diced fresh mango, Greek yogurt, protein powder, agave nectar, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the blended mixture into silicone molds, filling them approximately three-quarters full.
  3. Freeze the filled molds for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Remove solid yogurt bites from the molds and quickly dip or drizzle melted chocolate over each one.
  6. Return the coated bites to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  7. Store the completed bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
