- Place the diced fresh mango, Greek yogurt, protein powder, agave nectar, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the blended mixture into silicone molds, filling them approximately three-quarters full.
- Freeze the filled molds for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Remove solid yogurt bites from the molds and quickly dip or drizzle melted chocolate over each one.
- Return the coated bites to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Store the completed bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
