- In a measuring cup, combine 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cold milk. Use a handheld frother to whip until thick and creamy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in 1 cup of chai tea concentrate followed by 1/2 cup of 2% milk. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- Gently spoon the prepared pumpkin cold foam over the top of the drink, allowing it to float beautifully above the chai mixture.
