  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Dairy-free cream cheese is great for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Smoked gouda or mozzarella can also be used.
  • 1 cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon Pancetta or turkey bacon can be tried as alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning
For the Gnocchi

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach Optional; kale can replace it or omit entirely.
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Highly recommended topping for added flavor.

Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Method

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Then stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning until creamy.
  3. Add potato gnocchi to the creamy sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring gently until tender. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix together.
  4. If using, stir in baby spinach until wilted for 1-2 minutes. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving warm.
