- In a crock pot, layer 4 cups of shredded chicken, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, ¾ cup of buffalo sauce, 1 cup of ranch dressing, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Use a spatula to mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined.
- Cover the crock pot with the lid and set it to cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1-2 hours. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
- Once the dip has reached a creamy consistency, sprinkle the reserved ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Cover the crock pot again and let it melt for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully uncover the crock pot and give the dip a gentle stir. Serve the dip warm with an assortment of dippers.
