Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil or unsalted butter in a large pot over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Push the beef aside and add 3 minced garlic cloves. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of fresh spinach and sauté for about 2 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in 1.5 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add 8 ounces of uncooked pasta, ensuring it is submerged. Boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and optional 2 ounces of cream cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  8. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
