Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the cherry and yellow tomatoes thoroughly and slice each tomato in half.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning powder, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned tomatoes in a single layer, cut side up.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the tomatoes for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the tomatoes from the oven and toss them with chopped basil, crumbled feta cheese, and chives.
