  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with milk

  • to taste teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground recommended
For the Sliders
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine/oil if desired
  • 6 slices Bacon can use turkey bacon
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack/pepper jack
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Rolls slider buns or brioche also suitable
For the Ranch Butter Glaze
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter or olive oil for lighter option
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix or homemade ranch seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter, then pour in the egg mixture and cook until soft-scrambled.
  4. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crisp and then chop into small pieces.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and layer half the cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese in the greased baking dish.
  6. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush the glaze over the top of the assembled sliders.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
