- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter, then pour in the egg mixture and cook until soft-scrambled.
- In the same skillet, cook bacon until crisp and then chop into small pieces.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and layer half the cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese in the greased baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush the glaze over the top of the assembled sliders.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
