- In a medium bowl or jar, mix together rolled oats and milk. Add almond butter and maple syrup, followed by vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle in chia seeds or flaxseeds and fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed nuts if using. Stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
