Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend 1 cup of cottage cheese in a food processor for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Pour in the blended cottage cheese and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Roll into a 6-inch circle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  5. Place the dough in the air fryer, spread pizza sauce, top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, checking at 12 minutes for browning. Aim for a golden crust and bubbly cheese.
  7. Remove pizza and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
