Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Mash the bananas and fold them into the wet mixture along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 16 to 21 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
