Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked and chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a medium flour tortilla on a clean surface, then spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides to prevent spillage. Place each rolled tortilla seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the tortilla bombs uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  5. After baking, let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot with extra garlic cream sauce if desired.
