Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your baking dish.
  2. Core the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange in the baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each cored apple without overfilling.
  5. Crush the graham crackers, mix with melted butter, and sprinkle over the stuffed apples.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender and slightly golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving, optional to add ice cream.
