  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes until the edges start browning.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth for the glaze. Set aside.
  4. After 30 minutes of baking, brush the prepared glaze over the top, layer bacon slices, and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
  5. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 160°F (71°C).
