  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

  • 1 packets Good Seasons Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix Homemade Italian seasoning is a substitute.
For Serving
  • 8 ounces Angel Hair Pasta Substitute with other types of pasta if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle generously.

Method
 

Prep Instructions
  1. Sear the Chicken: Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil, season chicken, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce: Combine cream cheese, butter, soup, garlic, broth, and dressing mix in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Assemble in the Crock Pot: Spray crock pot, place chicken inside, and pour creamy sauce over it.
  4. Slow Cook the Chicken: Cover and set to low for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Cook the Angel Hair Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Remove chicken, place over pasta, ladle sauce, and garnish with parsley, pepper, and parmesan.
