Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, rub with olive oil, and season with Cajun seasoning and salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Sear the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side up for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, add butter and melt. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Let sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes before squeezing in lemon juice.
  4. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon honey butter sauce over fillets. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. Transfer the salmon to serving plates, garnish with parsley and lemon, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds if desired.
