Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together seasoning ingredients including paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, thyme, oregano, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and cracked pepper.
  2. Toss the steak cubes in the seasoning mix ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Lower the heat and add butter to the skillet, allowing it to melt before adding the chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
