  • 12 buns Slider Buns or Hawaiian Rolls Use a 12 or 24-pack depending on pan size.
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken Rotisserie chicken saves time.
For the Filling
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Frank's RedHot or Sweet Baby Ray's preferred.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing Choose based on preference.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar mix.
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese Optional.
For Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley or Chives For garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Mash 8 ounces of softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in about ¾ cup of buffalo wing sauce and ½ cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheese until blended.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking dish. Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom layer in the baking dish. Spread the filling evenly over the bottom.
  3. Place the top layer of buns over the filling and press down lightly. Mix 4 tablespoons of melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley or chives. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut along the roll lines and serve warm with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
