Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry mixed greens thoroughly. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, grill over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes each side until cooked.
  3. Slice cucumber and finely chop red onion. Rinse blackberries gently. Combine in a bowl.
  4. In a jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Season and shake until emulsified.
  5. In the salad bowl, add grilled chicken, fruits, and vegetables. Top with feta cheese and walnuts.
