Step-by-Step Instructions for Big Mac Wraps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Form thin patties from the beef mixture and cook each patty for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the patties from the skillet, let them rest, and then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until creamy.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds or in the skillet for 1 minute on each side until soft.
- Spread a layer of the special sauce on each warmed tortilla. Top with a portion of the chopped beef, lettuce, cheese, dill pickles, and onions.
- Roll the tortillas tightly like a burrito. If desired, toast the assembled wraps in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
