Preparation Steps

  4. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan, shape into a loaf, and spread remaining marinara sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and top is golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  7. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
