  2. Add the rolled oats to the mixing bowl and pulse in the food processor for an additional 30 seconds until the oats are roughly chopped.
  3. In the mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes to let the ingredients meld.
  5. Roll portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined tray, leaving space between them.
  6. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
