Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Add ground beef, break apart, and cook for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
