Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, along with lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until done.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, whisk in 1/4 cup of flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Whisk in 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream, cooking for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Fold in the cooked seafood and crab meat into the cream sauce.
  8. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the seafood and sauced mixture in the baking dish.
  10. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
