  • 1 clove Minced Garlic Adjust based on your preference for garlic.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped fresh salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spaced at least an inch apart.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. While the meatballs bake, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  6. Once the meatballs are baked, serve warm alongside the creamy avocado sauce.
