Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  3. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and juices run clear.
  5. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
