- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
- In a small bowl, toss blueberries with about 1 tablespoon of flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined and fold in blueberries.
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill donut pan wells about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, blueberry jam, and milk until smooth.
- Dip each donut into the glaze and let it set for at least 30 minutes.
