Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
  3. In a small bowl, toss blueberries with about 1 tablespoon of flour.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined and fold in blueberries.
  6. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill donut pan wells about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the donuts in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, blueberry jam, and milk until smooth.
  10. Dip each donut into the glaze and let it set for at least 30 minutes.
