- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth, then set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced yellow onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Sprinkle in sweet paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook for another 2 minutes to toast spices.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for about 10 minutes until browned.
